CRSA!!!!Hello Friends,I found your site two days ago and was going to leave a comment but have been really busy.I am sitting here in my bedroom as my wife reads a bedtime story to Chance and Hurricane. To our delight I saw that the CRSA has bestowed us with such a wonderful honor. Thank you very much for the award and kind words. My son's and wife are very stoked. Also I think it is really cool because my wife was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado! She never surfed or river surfed before we met but now has many waves under her belt. Also the first real river surf trip I took(Feb-2001)was to the South Canyon Wave on the Colorado river. I missed it by about 100 CSF.What you are doing is so cool and I would like to become a member of the CRSA, I am a proud member of the ARSA and The FUS-Crew, I think that your underground communities are the true spirit of this passion we call the sport of river surfing. The WRSA was just a website I put up about 4 years ago to try to bring people together who wanted to river surf or learn about the sport. At that time I only had my pictures and stories, but now there is so much more going on. There was already so much(Munich, Jackson Hole, Wyoming)but I was just finding it all. Now I know all these people and places.I haven't touched my site in a few years and I feel kinda of vain because all that is on there is pictures of me and it is called the WRSA.In the next six months I will have the site redone to show all the world's river surfing communities and links to thier sites. From Munich to Montreal and Colorado to Alberta and beyond, my family and I want to share this award with every river surfer out there. We are all pioneers.I hope everybody will treat everybody on the river with respect. Whether a playboater, bodyboarder, rafter, riverboarder, etc...... it is our duty as river surfers to share and be kind to all, as they have been on these river well before us and without them we would not be here today. I hope we do not follow the agro-local attitude that has become the norm at the ocean. Thank you CRSA!!!! YOU ARE THE PIONEERS!!! AlohaElijah Mack
